TDS-35C Automatic Tarping System
Frame:
The frame is made of heavy-duty gauge steel. The spool is designed for a 35' wide compost covering fabric. The frame legs have shoes welded on to support the TDS-35C in soft or muddy conditions.
Weight:
The TDS-35C weighs around 3,000 lbs.
Engine and Hydraulics System:
The engine (5 1/2hp Honda gas powered) and hydraulic system is of adequate size to operate the TDS-35C spool that supports compost covering fabric.
The TDS-35C comes with a manual control and heavy-duty remote control unit for retracting and extending controls for rolling and unrolling the compost covering fabric.
Attaching To Front End Loader:
Customized mount is made for a front end loader bucket. This allows the operator to roll and unroll compost covering fabric while being raised up at a 10ft. height.
Remote Control Unit:
The remote control unit has a maximum operating distance of 150 ft. from the composting machine (TDS-35C). It is easily operated by the operator from inside his cab.
Warranty:
12 months on TDS-35C unit only. Fabric used is up to the composting facility. We do not provide this fabric.
